REPLACEMENT POLICY

A replacement fee of PKR 400 is applicable only for customers located in the following 7 serviceable cities.

Karachi || Lahore || Islamabad || Multan || Faisalabad || Sukkur || Rawalpindi  

For Customers in Eligible Cities

Our courier rider will visit your address with the replacement parcel. At the time of delivery, you must hand over the incorrect parcel to the rider immediately. The exchange will be completed on the spot through a two-way delivery process.

For Customers Outside the Eligible Cities

Customers are required to dispatch the item they wish to replace to our designated address. While dispatching the parcel, please provide:

• A parcel dispatch video
• The courier tracking ID/receipt issued by the courier company

In this case, customers are responsible only for the one-way courier charges incurred when sending the item back to us. No additional two-way delivery charges will be applied.

Once the returned item is received and verified, the replacement parcel will be shipped to you with PKR 0 Cash on Delivery (COD) charges.
