Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.
Exchange is subject to availability of stock.
Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items received.
To request a refund, please provide pictures/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method or store credit.
