I placed an Order HB# 6937 on 21 May 2026 and unlike my first experience with your brand in March.
Back in March, I was impressed by how responsive and efficient your team was. Unfortunately, this time it feels as though Hashback has transformed into "Hushback"—because all I seem to be getting in return is silence.
I am disappointed with my experience with HashBack Clothing, Karachi. My order (Order ID 6937) was delivered, but the Crew Neck T-shirts (Pack of 5) that I purchased were missing from the parcel. Despite receiving the package, these items were not included, making the order incomplete.
I expected all ordered products to be delivered as listed in my purchase. Missing items cause inconvenience and raise concerns about order fulfillment and quality control. I request that HashBack Clothing investigate this issue and either send the missing Crew Neck T-shirts (Pack of 5) or provide an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.
Otherwise, HashBack would have received receive 5-star rating.
Great price I received on time and I love the shirts. This is a very good price.
Staff was ok but in mix pack there should bhi different colours
